351 Mr. D. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received an application from Ennis Urban District Council, County Clare for grant aid to develop the local swimming pool; and when he intends to give permission to start work. [11958/98]

With effect from 25 May 1998 responsibility for the swimming pool programme was transferred to my colleague, the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation.
