104 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if he has satisfied himself that his Department and all agencies under his auspices are using licensed software only; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15377/98]

My Department is using licensed software only. The choice of software used by the agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for the agencies themselves.
