Ceist:76 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive his 1995 arable aid entitlement in view of the fact that he never received payment. [15461/98]

The person concerned declared an arable area of 3.39 hectares on his 1995 area aid application. However, the applicant did not include details of his cereal plots of land to support this declaration. As a result no arable aid payments issued to the person concerned. It is not possible to accept an amendment at this time to a 1995 application.
