97 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if she has satisfied herself that her Department and all agencies under her auspices are using licensed software only; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15375/98]
I am satisfied that all software used in my Department is properly licensed.
The use of licensed software by the agencies-bodies under the aegis of my Department is a matter for these agencies-bodies. However, I have no reason to believe that unlicensed software is being used by the bodies-agencies in question.
