130 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford can be exempt from the 20 per cent milk clawback in view of the circumstances involved; if this case will be urgently considered by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has examined the documentation in relation to a lease agreement between named persons and has concluded that clawback is not applicable in this case. The parties involved have been advised accordingly.
