Written Answers. - Legal Status of Drugs.
I presume the Deputy is referring to the Misuse of Drugs Acts, 1977 and 1984, which provide a wide range of controls over drugs which are liable to misuse.
The legal status of all drugs, as set out in the Misuse of Drugs Acts, is kept under constant review and where changes are required the necessary amending legislation will be introduced.
