Ceist:

281 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will fulfil his obligation to a person (details supplied) who has been attending a residential school up to the time that the school closed; and if he will ensure that similar facilities will be made available to a person, as currently the facilities on offer to him would require him to be four hours in a bus each day.
