The making of arrangements for the provision of speech and language therapy services in any individual case is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, I have referred the Deputy's question to the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board with a request that he examine this case as a matter of urgency and reply directly to the Deputy.
