111 Ms Coughlan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the position with regard to an application made by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal for a seafish boat licence for bi-valve molluscs. [19771/98]

An application from the person concerned for a sea fishing boat licence is being examined by my Department, and a licence offer will be issued to him this week.
