75 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Finance the arrangements, if any, he has put in place to ensure that representations made via e-mail by Members of the Oireachtas receive substantive replies; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19586/98]

I am satisfied that there are arrangements in place in my Department to deal efficiently and effectively with representations made to my office, regardless of the format in which they are received.
