73 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the progress to date on the investigations by her Department to establish legal ownership of property (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and when acquisition of the property by the State will be finalised. It has not been possible to date to establish legal ownership of the property in question but further efforts to do so are being made by my Department.
