84 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when construction work will commence for the provision of a new Garda station at Kilmoganny, County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19846/98]

It is proposed to build a new Garda station at Kilmoganny. It is not possible to say at this stage when work will commence as this is dependent on overall priorities and the availability of finance.
