The ratification procedures for the nomination of Mr. Michael J. Sullivan as United States Ambassador to Ireland have been completed. We look forward to welcoming the Ambassador to Ireland. The Ambassador's arrival arrangements would normally be worked out between himself and the United States authorities and we would expect to be informed in due course.
