332 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide details of resources allocated by his Department for the refurbishment of a flat complex (details supplied) in Dublin 8; the current status of this development; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Dublin Corporation has sought special funding for the comprehensive redevelopment of a number of flat complexes in the city, including the Bridgefoot Street-Island Street area. The redevelopment proposals are under consideration in the context of the 1999 Estimates.
