Most court orders relating to access are made in the District and Circuit Courts. Such orders may be for access only, or for both custody and access. The table hereunder gives the available figures for all such orders made by the District and Circuit Courts during the time period specified by the Deputy. Statistics for the year ending 31 July 1998 are not yet available.
