Applications for funding in 1999 under the conservation measure of the local urban and rural development operational programme, urban and village renewal sub-programme, including the application referred to by the
Deputy, are currently being assessed with the assistance of the conservation advisory panel established to advise on conservation and other aspects of the sub-programme. Decisions on the projects to receive assistance will be announced as early as possible in 1999.
