This case was randomly selected for a compliance test. On inspection it was found that the person named failed to overwinter cattle under measure 2 of the Agri—Environmental Specifications in accordance with his agri—environmental plan and incurred a 10 per cent penalty. The applicant was informed of the penalty and the reason for same.
