Ceist:

184 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has received a request for additional milk quota from a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will allocate an adequate milk quota for the remainder of the current milk year in view of the herd being restricted and the herd owner's inability to dispose of dairy animals. An application for a temporary allocation of additional quota under the restricted herds reserve has been submitted to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal by the persons named and will be considered as soon as possible. The persons named will be notified of the outcome of their application.
