It is expected that approximately 750 personnel will be serving overseas during Christmas 1998. I would refer the Deputy to the replies which I gave to priority and written questions on 9 December 1998 in relation to current participation by the Defence Forces in overseas missions including the OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission.
