Ceist:182 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will receive a 1997 and 1998 forestation plantation payment in view of the fact that the planters have been paid, tax and other documentation are in order and two applications have been lodged; if payment will be authorised in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
