437 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the next meeting of the milk quota appeals tribunal is scheduled for; and if he will make arrangements for the allocation of additional quota to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [1893/99]
The next meeting of the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal (Hardship Cases) is scheduled for 8 February 1999.
An application for additional quota has been submitted to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal by the person named and will be considered as soon as possible. The person named will be notified of the outcome of his application.
