662 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the plans, if any, he has to make the regulation which will permit all private buses and coaches to use bus lanes on a year round basis rather than only for the operation freeflow period; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Recent regulations provide, on a permanent basis, for the use of bus lanes by all large public service vehicles. This includes privately operated buses and coaches.
