802 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will expedite a registration for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact their loan application cannot be processed until the registration process is completed. [1161/99]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application under section 49 (i.e. acquisition of title by virtue of long possession) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 which was lodged on 28 October 1998 and completed on 25 January 1999.
