837 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Trócaire submitted policy papers with regard to refugees and asylum seekers; if any of the recommendations made by Trócaire have been put in place by the Government to date; if not, the Government's reasons for rejecting these recommendations in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that Trócaire has submitted a document with regard to refugees and asylum seekers. As this document has only recently been received, it is still under consideration by my Department.
