910 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the percentage of secondary schools which offer a transition year. [1062/99]

Currently 78 per cent of secondary schools have pupils enrolled in the transition year programme. The corresponding figure for the entire second level sector is 66 per cent.
