Subheads C2 and C3 of my Department's Vote as set out in 1999 Abridged Estimates for Public Services provides for expenditure this year of up to £14.25 million on projects approved under the sports capital programme, including projects still in progress which were approved under the programme in previous years. A further provision of £500,000 was made for the scheme in the 1999 budget and this will be reflected in the revised 1999 Estimates for Public Services.
