Willie Penrose

Ceist:

162 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department has received a completed application form for the recently reintroduced installation aid scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and, if so, when it will be dealt with. [3563/99]

This application which was received in my Department on 6 January 1999 is currently being processed. If everything is found to be in order payment will be made within the next three weeks.

Willie Penrose

Ceist:

163 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 17 of 2 February 1999, his attention has been drawn to the fact that all relevant maps have been submitted for the second time by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; if he will ensure that all premiums due will be paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3564/99]

There was a problem with a parcel of land on the area aid application of the person concerned which has been resolved following contact with the applicant and any payments due will issue as soon as possible.

Michael Ring

Ceist:

165 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive the remaining £200 of 1998 fodder aid in view of the fact he did not receive the cheque. [3566/99]

The person named has been requested to notify my Department in writing that he did not receive the cheque issued on 18 December 1998. When a response is received, arrangements will be made to have that cheque cancelled and a new cheque for £200 issued.

Ceist:

166 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a payment of £160 under the 1998 fodder aid scheme will re-issue to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact he claims he never received the cheque dated 18 December 1998. [3567/99]

The person named has been requested to notify my Department in writing that he did not receive the cheque issued on 18 December 1998. When a response is received arrangements will be made to have that cheque cancelled and a new cheque for £160 issued.

Austin Deasy

Ceist:

167 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food further to Parliamentary Question No. 104 of 22 October 1998, the reason for the delay in payment of an installation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when payment will issue in this regard. [3568/99]

The final processing of the application in this case was delayed as an up-to-date folio in respect of one portion of the farm was not on file. A copy of this folio has been received from the land registry and payment of the installation aid will be made within the next two to three weeks.
