I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the proceedings on Report Stage of the Finance Bill, 1999, shall be brought to a conclusion in accordance with the following timetable: amendments Nos. 1 to 28 to conclude not later than 1.30 p.m.; amendments Nos. 29 to 65 to conclude not later than 6 p.m.; amendments Nos. 66 to 128 to conclude not later than 11.15 p.m.; and where proceedings have not concluded by the stated time they shall be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall be put from the Chair and shall include only those amendments set down or accepted by the Minister for Finance.
