John Gormley

Ceist:

160 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if staff members of her Department have received funding to attend courses; if so, the number of courses attended; the names of the courses; and the amount paid since June 1997. [7583/99]

The information which the Deputy requested is set out in the following tables. Table A sets out the information in respect of refunds of fees incurred by staff who are pursuing third level courses of education in their own time. Table B contains details of expenditure incurred by the Department in respect of the training and development of staff members on both in-house and external courses.
