I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing – No. 98SMO2149 – refers to an application under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, that is, acquisition of title by virtue of long possession, which was lodged on 1 April 1998 and completed on 10 March 1999.
