Ceist:174 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the action, if any, taken to accommodate applicants of the installation aid scheme whose applications were not lodged in his Department prior to the cessation of the previous scheme in August 1997 but were with Teagasc and other private planners and who do not qualify under the new scheme; and if these applications will be accepted and payment issued.
