175 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding payment of a special beef premium and sheep headage to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if he will ensure that there will be no further delays and payment will issue. [9122/99]

The area aid application of the person named contained errors in relation to two commonage parcels. My Department has written to the person named with a view to resolving these queries. Processing of the application will be completed when the person named replies.
