323 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if a decision has been made on the submission to his Department in July 1998 on the formation of the third level initiative partnership in Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8968/99]

My Department has been unable to locate a record of the submission referred to. If the Deputy would provide me with more information I will have the matter examined.
