104 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the way in which double digit positioning of TnaG on television cable distribution systems in Ireland and its no-carry status on MMDS can be reconciled with paragraph 4 of Resolution 1999/C 30/01 of the EU Council of Ministers; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have no function in relation to the matters referred to by the Deputy. The channel positioning of TnaG is a matter of personal choice for individual viewers. The question of the TV channels to be carried by MMDS systems is a matter for my colleague the Minister for Arts, Heritage, the Gaeltacht and the Islands.
