187 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason for the delay in awarding floor area certificates to a development (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if this will be expedited. [9467/99]

There has been no delay in this case. Following receipt of applications for floor area certificates on the 5 and 24 March 1999, an inspection has been carried out and the certificates have now issued.
