I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no application pending, for the persons named by the Deputy, on this folio in County Kildare. There was, however, an application under section 49, i.e., acquisition of title by virtue of long possession, of the registration of Title Act, 1964, which was lodged by another party on 23 June 1995 and which was completed on 23 October 1998.
