I move:
"That Standing Order 61 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business be amended by the addition of the following Proviso to paragraph (1):
‘Provided further, that a claim for a division under this paragraph may be withdrawn at any time up to 30 minutes before the Order of Business the next sitting day, upon the receipt by the Ceann Comhairle of written notice from either the suspended member or the member who claimed the division, and the Ceann Comhairle shall so inform the Dáil at the time appointed for the taking of such division, whereupon the declaration of the Ceann Comhairle shall stand as a decision of the House.'
