Ceist:

452 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the plans, if any, she has to introduce grants to upgrade private houses located in and around the North Mayo National Park, similar to those in place when the Céide Fields project was being developed. [9970/99]

It is not within the remit of my Department to provide grant aid for upgrading private houses outside the Gaeltacht.
