267 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of a submission lodged with the planning section of his Department on 17 February 1999 regarding Elphin vocational school; when a decision will be made on this submission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A submission from County Roscommon vocational education committee, seeking an extension to Elphin vocational school, has been received in my Department. The matter is currently under examination in the planning and building unit of my Department and will be finalised as soon as possible.
