278 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if her attention has been drawn to the inadequate accommodation in Dromore west central national school, County Sligo, where the cloakroom and old church had to be converted to accommodate the students; if he will sanction the necessary grant aid towards the vital work and facilities; the amount of money allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is aware of the accommodation difficulties at Dromore west central national school, County Sligo and is currently assessing the overall accommodation requirements of the school.

A decision on this matter will be taken as quickly as possible.

279 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the inadequate accommodation which exists in St. Patrick's national school, Calry, County Sligo, in view of the fact it is the only school in the region which does not have a general purpose room; if he will grant the necessary funding for additional classrooms and a general purpose room; if so, when work will commence; the amount of money to be allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
