140 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the examinations, if any, his Department has given to a submission by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in relation to fostering arrangements on behalf of a person; the assistance which will be given in this case; and the way in which the family should proceed. I have examined the submission referred to by the Deputy and I have requested officials in my Department to contact the relevant health board, in this case the North-Eastern Health Board, in relation to this matter. I will contact the Deputy in the near future with further developments.
