I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a section 49 – lease/charge which was lodged on 9 August 1996. I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on three occasions in 1998, that a final reply was received in the Land Registry on 13 May 1999, and that it is expected that the application will be completed within the next few weeks.
