106 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Sligo who is a first time applicant will be accepted for a REP scheme plan; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14301/99]

An application was received from the person named to participate in REPs on 14 May 1999. The application is being examined at present and a decision on its acceptance will be made as soon as possible.
