Burke asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the grazing rights a REP scheme participant (details supplied) has leased; the reason he has not been advised of his right to appeal his Department's decision; if this is the policy of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. No penalties were applied in this case and, accordingly, the question of an appeal does not arise. It is not my Department's policy to reveal details of the farming operations of an applicant.
