187 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Meath who applied for a suckler cow grant was turned down in 1992, inspected in 1993 and refused a quota which she was entitled to; the steps, if any, he will take to rectify the position; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
