104 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Education and Science the number of teaching days at primary level undertaken by untrained personnel in each county for each of the months of 1999 to date; the corresponding figures for 1998; the number of these days as a proportion of all substitute days in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
