Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Broughan – the sale of essential school property at Scoil Eoin, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5; (2) Deputy Fitzgerald – the threat of closure of Vantastic, the transport service for people with disabilities, and the urgent need to review funding of this service; (3) Deputy Enright – the level of spoilt votes in the local elections in the Ferbane electoral area; (4) Deputy Seán Ryan – the refusal of Irish Rail to employ a person with a hearing disability; (5) Deputy Shortall – the need for the Minister for Public Enterprise to outline her policy for the future of public transport in the Dublin region with specific reference to State aid for bus services; and (6) Deputy Neville – the need to introduce immediately all the recommendations of the national task force on suicide.

The matters raised by Deputies Fitzgerald, Shortall, Neville and Broughan have been selected for discussion.
