42 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if her attention has been drawn to the application made to the International Labour Organisation for a ruling on Ireland's alleged failure to comply with the organisation's conventions nos. 29 and 105 regarding forced labour; and if she will make a statement on the matter. A copy of the submission made by the Scheme Workers Alliance has recently been forwarded to me by the International Labour Organisation. The submission is being examined at present by my Department in consultation with the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs.
