I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of:
(1) the Decision of the representatives of the Governments of the member States of the European Union meeting within the Council of 19th December, 1995, regarding protection for citizens of the European Union by diplomatic and consular representations,
and
(2) the Decision of the representatives of the Governments of the member States of the European Union meeting with the Council of 19th December, 1995, on measures implementing the Decision regarding protection for citizens of the European Union by diplomatic and consular representations,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 28th May, 1999.
