Ceist:98 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive payment of 1998 cattle livestock headage. [17062/99]

The person named furnished an incomplete 1998 area aid application in that he did not include maps for all the land he was claiming. On being contacted by the Department he completed maps for the remainder of his land. The process of entering this land on the Department's electronic data base is now complete and the applicant is clear for payment on the full amount he applied for. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.
